  • In case of delays or issues, riders must communicate promptly with both the customer and FoodOrderKar support.

  • Riders are encouraged to prioritize their safety. In case of adverse weather conditions or any situation that poses a risk, riders have the discretion to make decisions in the best interest of their safety.

10. Reporting Incidents
