Refunds and Returns
If a customer requests a refund or return for any reason, you must work with us to resolve the issue promptly and fairly. You may be responsible for issuing refunds or replacements at your own cost.
Intellectual Property
You agree to grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your restaurant name, logo, and other trademarks for the purpose of promoting our online food delivery platform.

You agree to keep all confidential information related to our platform and partnership agreement confidential, and not to disclose such information to any third party without our prior written consent.
Indemnification
